Buried Four Times
Originally, I painted one of Manet’s lily paintings as a tribute to the Impressionists. However, I did a miserable job in the process, so I painted a second image, then another, and lastly finished with this composition. Sometimes, art just doesn’t work out as I envisioned.
In the end, I am well satisfied with this version: simple and bold!
